‘Simulacrum’ is a conceptual branding experiment that plays with the ideas of French philosopher Jean Baudrillard and author Naomi Klein. It investigates the visual language of branding and its self-referential cycle. This project includes one physical object which represents our relationship with consumerism (the granny shopping trolley), 9 posters (3 triptychs) and a number of short moving image clips.
