'Leaving the Bubble' is a magazine that is concerned with the media 'echo chamber' created for us and the social bubble we find ourselves in. I wanted to present a magazine that is dedicated to illustrate how 'the other half' thinks (rather than surrounding is with ideas close to our own).



Stoke on Trent was the second biggest supporter of the 'Leave’ campaign during the last referendum. I visited Stoke on Trent and took photographs to create content for the magazine. The visual language is inspired by 'Typographische Monatsblaetter' whilst all headlines were taken from right wing media outlets.
