Last December, UK’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson made a comment about EU citizens living in the UK. I used his quote as a starting point for a project about time and destroyed my personal archive of all bank statements and payslips which I accumulated since I moved to the UK in 2007.
My response is called “Home Time” and is concerned with how we record time through the use of archives.
How is time being recorded through numbers?
And how are these numbers used to define human beings through spending and consumption?
